Stargazer

I was on a holiday break last December.

I was sitting along the beach side gazing into the sea, while listening to the beckoning realms of the water slowly calling back at me.

In the silence golden, a promise so fulfilling, I was amazed at the still, luminous horizon that stood before me.

In that exact moment, it was quite intriguing to apprehend the dilemma of life; bestowed upon me was a sheet of clear dark sky holding uncountable shiny objects. Those stars!

It made me realize how much we are suppressed in our own lives. Our problems are so small – a speck of time floating against the infinite space.

Now, I know, everyone, everyone, has his or her own heart knowing what they’re going through. It is just me, who has been through some very bad times of my own, comprehending them against the very existential calling. Perhaps, my opinion.

Although, when was the last time you just stood back, relaxed and stared into the ocean?

When was the last time you just scrolled down a street alone with your thoughts? Did that make you breathe in a different way?

What is the feeling you get when you just do something you absolutely love? For yourself?

Have you ever considered how grateful you are to be yourself? When was the last time you smiled with all your heart, knowing you are just too much a miracle to be alive?

Love yourself. It’s only when you are happy – you can make others happy.

Sounds cliche? Try some time off and find something to make you. You’ll realize it’s only the work or everyday routine keeping you bound to your grounds. One tiny bit of self-catering, and you’ll be amazed how much more this universe beholds beyond your own depths of knowledge.

So here are some words that came to me while I was just sitting, staring into the sea; which held another shore, maybe on the other side of the world. It was all infinite to me. Stars shone above with the moon mighty, I felt infinite in that moment.

✨ Stargazer 💫

Look up little stargazer,

There are infinite worlds above our own,

You’re made of cosmic stardust,

And that’s worth more than anything you’ve ever known;

For every solar flare and galaxy is made up just like you,

And if they are a work of wonder,

I promise you are too.

Look around little stargazer,

Feel the air that leaves none untouched,

And the common sky that spreads across the horizon,

The littlest things in life mean so much.

Your life, an adventure miraculous,

Ups and downs, a path marvelous.

Look happy little stargazer,

Thank the days you breathe; they make you.

For existence is like a supernova,

So make a dance and laugh a two, before the days are left a few,

Know a secret little stargazer,

The darkness that surrounds you,

Holds million other starlit hearts,

And with this everything stands together,

Though it may be a lifetimes apart.

You are a galactic flare little stargazer,

Dwell and dive to fan your flames,

For everything is temporary,

In this universe and all things making the outer space.

Be brave now little stargazer,

The emotions wane like moonbeams,

When the sky is turning light, my dear,

It is in the darkest and most still nights,

Those divine stars start to appear.

Sending some love and hugs your way ❤

Thank you for reading.

Help me reach more souls; will help each other!

xoxo

Till next time!

      1. Jag är glad att jag gjorde din dag !! Välkommen! Fortsätt så. Jag ser bra potential i dina artiklar!!
        vi ses !! adjö!!!

      2. I used Google translation. 😂 My first foreign language comment! And that too in Swedish! I’m so happy to have you by my side, and to receive your support! Thank you Niranjan ❤ I’m proud to see you conquer your life one step at a time. ❤

  1. I especially love these two lines:
” if they are a work of wonder,
    I promise you are too.”

I know when I get stressed, it helps to go for a walk. Today I took my umbrella and walked in the light rain; the sound of the raindrops falling on the umbrella were so soothing, kind of like a cascading stream. And the ocean is even a much bigger sound that I love to hear when I can.

I like the Biblical passage of Psalm 8 in verses 3-5 where the psalmist says,
    “When I consider your heavens,
    the work of your fingers,
    the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
You have…crowned them with glory and honor.”

    1. Wow! ❤ I didn’t know of this verse until now. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. You are very kind and I hope you have all the happiness in life and the courage to endure. ❤💫❤

  2. Wow, absolutely incredible. You really gave me some things to think about. We are always chasing inconsistencies in life, and need to learn to take a breather for ourselves and find our roots again. Thank you for sharing this.

    1. I’m so happy you could connect with one of the lines written! Thanks so much ❤ And um.. I guess the will to be better than I was yesterday is my motivation to move forward.
