I like what you said about being shy. I was similar till the age of forty, although with me it was for complex reasons that I might have been classed shy; I was more.of a selective mute. As a young manager in my twenties, I remember some people called me aloof, though my bosses, nearly all men, thought I was a good manager and I kept getting promoted. Like you, I had to speak up in business as the management meetings were dominated by men in the 1980s. An interesting blog. The relationship between hope and faith is an interesting one, especially the way you discuss it. Thank you for sharing. I will donate soon.
