
Being a vegetarian (been one since birth. yeah it's extremely common among Indians) and struggling to get healthy with my choices for food for a good, healthy lifestyle has always been a struggle. I started writing about food and sharing recipes since the last month (so far, I've shared only 2 recipes) and I've come to know the importance of staying healthy more than ever. It's all about the right mindset. So today, I won't share a recipe but instead share some tips to help you and keep you on track about making the right choices when it comes to health and food.
