Before I start my holidays and enjoy some quality time this week, I just wanted to quickly stop here and wish you all a very HAPPY, MERRY CHRISTMAS. ππ«πππ₯πππππ
I love you all for the constant support; walking with you this year through this journey of inspiration, mental health, psychology, life coaching, business and blog tips, and general topics that I love for overall health and nourishment and for the fun (and my new food blog spree) has been rewarding and I’ll continue with the same spirit and enthusiasm and look forward to growing together as a community. ππ
For all the difficult and bad times this year I just want to say –
“Maybe it’s not beating you down and tearing you apart. Maybe it’s building you up and breaking you open, so that you can realize the magnitude of your own strength. Maybe your season of darkness is just your season of brilliance, just waiting for your light.”
For all the good times, cheers! πβ€ Continue to spread love, joy and smiles and don’t forget to love yourself fiercely.
I hope you’re spending this time with people you love or doing things that you love, eating your tummy full and just having a good cozy time for yourself surrounded by love. Not everyone is lucky enough to have everything this time of the year and I want you to savor each moment dipped in gratitude and love no matter what you’re going through. There’s always something to be thankful for. If not, I urge you to do so. You deserve every ounce of self-nourishment. β€
I’m leaving my two “love-cards” here just for the reminder of all things you and I have been through this year. I hope you like my last two pieces of writing for this year. ππ
